FA Packets (Failing due to absences)
7th-11th GRADE STUDENTS:
The deadline to turn in the Appeals packets is Wednesday, May 16th. Do not wait until the last minute. If you have doctor notes or court notes excusing any absences for the semester, they must be turned in by the appeals packets deadline (May 16th). Any notes turned in after that date will not be accepted. Doctor/Court notes can be faxed in to the school at 638-0766.
